Residents will be putting forward strong opposition to the Frochas Farm IPU application which would have a devastating impact on the community.
Being highly visible from Llanerchydol Hall (a Grade 2* listed property) and Llanerchydol Park, at a mere 350m, the industrial size IPU would have a direct bearing on homes in the area in terms of environmental impact (ammonia emissions, traffic, noise and light pollution, and manure odour) and aesthetics.
Glyndwr’s Way (less than 500m) which runs through Llanerchydol is also under threat and many walkers, a number of which are tourist each year, would also be affected.
