The planning officer, Tamsin Law, published her report for the Frochas IPU, 19/0938/FUL. Many independent bodies have reviewed the planning officer’s appraisal and have been disappointed by its recommendations and findings.
Based on the planning officer’s appraisal, the CPRW submitted an objection to the planning officer and head of planning ahead of the Planning Committee Meeting. You can read the full objection here.
This objection is especially helpful to see how flawed planning officer appraisals can be, and it can also be used as a steering document for other communities objecting to industrial poultry units to find robust material planning consideration grounds and objections that can hold up before a planning committee.
